Shipping national (Germany)

From a value of 50 Euro we deliver free of charge throughout Germany.

For deliveries under 50 Euro, we charge a flat shipping fee of 4 Euro.

Shipping EU*

Deliveries consisting of 1 package (e.g. Jive, stool) cost 15 euros.

Deliveries consisting of 2 packages (e.g. Big Jim 150 and 175, Ron) cost 30 euros.

Deliveries by forwarding agent (e.g. Big Jim 200) cost 115 euros.

* (mainland only, islands excluded)

Our delivery area is limited to the European Union. Interested parties outside the EU please contact us by e-mail. Maybe we can forward you to sales partners in your country. Feel free to contact us!

Payment options

You can pay by prepayment (bank transfer) with a 3% discount or by PayPal (without deduction).

Shipping and delivery

The majority of the goods offered are sent by parcel service (GLS and DHL) with tracking. If delivery by a forwarding agency is necessary, we will discuss this with you in advance. All goods can also be picked up directly from us.

Delivery times

We manufacture all products after receiving your order. The specified delivery times are guidelines and can vary. If you are interested, please inquire shortly about the current delivery times - safe is safe. In any case, we will inform you of the expected delivery time immediately after receipt of the order. And we stick to that.
